Responsibilities:
- Conduct tele-calling.
- Respond to complaints from doctors and patients, providing support as needed.
- Build strong relationships with medical staff.

Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Bengali and Hindi are required.
