Job Description
M11 Agents Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate individual for the position of Hindi Calling Banking & Finance Associate. Key responsibilities include:
- Making Outbound Calls to inform customers about our products and services.
- Receiving Inbound Calls to provide information and resolve issues.
- Maintaining Customer Records accurately in our database.
- Achieving targets related to calls and sales quotas.
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
