Job Description

Paid ₹10,00/month. Full-time, day-shift, in-person role for candidates with 1 year experience. Non-litigation profile covering private company/LLP incorporations (Indian & foreign directors), liquidation/striking off, RERA compliance and registration, Companies Act compliance, drafting and vetting agreements, e-filing and filings with authorities, NCLT work, preparation of RERA project documents, quarterly RERA compliance, real estate documentation review, drafting sale agreements, advising clients on documentation changes and monitoring project withdrawal limits. Candidate will handle routine legal and secretarial matters within the firm’s Legal Secretarial department.
