Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AGM QS to join M/S Rank Projects and Development Pvt Ltd, located at our corporate office in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering with at least 25 years of experience.
The AGM QS will lead a team to manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and budget control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Budget Management
- Bill Verification and Cross-Checking
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹85,00.00 – ₹100,00.00 per month.
