Job Description
As a Telecaller at Luxon Tata, you will represent our brand by connecting with potential and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include providing information about vehicles, services, and ongoing offers, as well as scheduling appointments and generating leads for our sales and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Provide vehicle and service information.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Schedule test drives and service appointments.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Proven telecalling experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹14,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month
