Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Luxon Tata Kottayam Region. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage service appointments, and coordinate with the workshop team to ensure high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and understand their concerns.
- Create detailed service orders and coordinate with the technical team.
