Job Description
We are hiring a full-time B2C Customer Service Executive based in Kumbalam, Kochi. Minimum 2 years B2C support experience required. You will manage WhatsApp chats, emails, inbound/outbound calls, provide product and order updates, log interactions, coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely resolution. Strong English communication, multi-tasking, time management, calm and solution-oriented attitude required; CRM knowledge is a plus.
