Job Description
LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking talented individuals for international Chat, Blended, and Voice processes in Pune.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer queries via live chat, assess customer needs, and upsell to contribute to profitability.
Required Skills: Excellent communication, strong listening, team player, and MS Office proficiency. Experience in customer service or telecom is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay: Up to ₹480,00 per year.
