Job Description
LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer/Technical Support Executives for our Chat, Voice, or Blended Process in Pune.
We welcome undergraduates with at least 6 months of international experience. Salary ranges from ₹397,00 to ₹500,00 per year, with rotational shifts, working 5 days a week.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, active listening, teamwork, problem-solving.
Mandatory Experience: Customer Service or Telecoms Industry, Upselling / Proactive Sales.
