Job Description
As a Pastry Commis at L’Opera, you will assist in preparing high-quality French pastries, breads, and desserts under experienced chefs. Key duties include ingredient preparation and measurement, supporting pastry production, following recipes, ensuring product quality and presentation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. Requirements: prior bakery/pastry experience, passion for French baking, basic kitchen operations knowledge, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn. Full-time position; pay ₹15,00–₹17,00/month. Benefit: Provident Fund. Work location: in person.
