About the role:
We are looking for a Claims Helpdesk Executive to join Loop. The ideal candidate will provide on-site support to clients, resolve claims-related queries, and ensure effective communication with our internal claims team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries during office visits.
- Guide clients on claims processes.
- Collect and submit necessary documents.

Qualifications:
- Graduate, preferably in Insurance or Commerce.
- 1–3 years of insurance experience.
