We seek a Customer Support Associate to handle voice and text queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and calls. You will assist with product details, orders, store information, coordinate with the store team, and maintain a friendly, brand-aligned tone. Freshers welcome; must be confident in English speaking and writing, a quick learner, positive, and familiar with social media. Salary ₹12,00 – ₹25,00/month.
