Job Description

Little Big World seeks 2 female Daycare Teachers for our Phaltan (Megasite Cummins) centre. Full-time role for graduates with 1–3 years experience; teacher training/Montessori/ECCE preferred. Must have strong command of English, Marathi and Hindi, patience with young children, ability to manage classes, engage parents, and basic computer/app and email skills. Responsibilities include teaching, supervising class activities, planning age-appropriate learning, and ensuring safety, hygiene and quality. Salary ₹17,00–₹25,00/month. Industry: Childcare. Work location: In person. Applicants currently in Bangalore should note the Phaltan location.
