Job Description
LitSpark Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRBP and HRIS Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in HR operations and HRIS implementation, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
Your role includes leading HRIS implementation, managing daily HR operations, and enhancing employee engagement. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₹800,00.00 – ₹900,00.00 per year, with in-person work during the day shift.
