Job Description
We are hiring a Patient Care Advisor to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, generate sales leads, provide accurate information using appropriate tools, meet individual and team sales and call targets, handle complaints with timely solutions and follow-up, maintain customer interaction records, and follow communication procedures. This full-time, permanent, in-person role offers ₹25,00–₹30,00/month and benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund. We seek empathetic communicators who go the extra mile to engage patients and support homeopathy services.
