Job Description
We are hiring a proactive, customer-focused Relationship Executive to strengthen seller, partner, and customer relationships. Responsibilities include onboarding sellers, resolving queries, assisting with product listings, pricing and promotions, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring seller performance, and participating in campaigns to drive engagement and retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi, e-commerce experience preferred, MS Office proficiency and CRM knowledge a plus. Full-time, permanent position open to freshers; in-person in Mavelikara, Kerala. Salary ₹11,00–₹15,00 per month.
