Job Description
Level Three Edutech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Telecaller Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist prospective students with their course inquiries and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about courses and admissions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database.
- Handle inbound calls and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
- Achieve targeted call and enrollment goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduation.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales or educational counseling.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00 per month
