Job Description
Let’s Recruit India is seeking a skilled and experienced Ticketing and Reservation Agent to join our team in Kolkata, near Park Circus. The ideal candidate should be proficient in GDS systems for handling ticketing, reservations, reissuance, refunds, and group bookings.
Responsibilities: Issuing tickets, processing refunds, negotiating group rates, and maintaining records.
Requirements: GDS proficiency, excellent English communication, 2+ years in ticketing/reservations. IATA or Travel & Tourism certification is a plus.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month. In-person location.
