Job Description
Ledgergate Academy in Kochi seeks an Admission Counsellor (Telecaller) to manage outbound and inbound student calls, explain courses, generate leads, maintain the inquiry CRM, follow up to drive admissions and coordinate with the admissions team. Candidates with 0–1 year customer-facing experience, fluency in English and Malayalam, strong persuasion and basic computer/CRM skills are preferred. This full-time, in-person role offers a salary of ₹10,00–₹15,00/month, performance incentives, cell phone reimbursement, paid sick leave, paid time off, and growth opportunities. Must meet daily call and conversion targets and provide professional student support.
