Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential employers for job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between students and partner companies.
- Ensure student participation in interviews and gather feedback.
- Build strong relationships with youth to support their career growth.
- Maintain accurate records using a Master Sheet.
- Collaborate with the Placement Manager on new job openings.
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; 1–3 years of experience preferred, but freshers are welcome.

Requirements
