Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join Laxmi Civil Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing the front office and supporting daily administrative operations. As the first point of contact, you will ensure that visitors and callers are treated promptly and courteously.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and managing the sign-in process.
- Handling incoming calls and managing the phone system.
- Maintaining an organized reception area.
- Scheduling meeting room reservations.
- Performing data entry and document filing.
Qualifications: Graduation; female candidates only.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Pay: ₹10,384.76 – ₹12,349.69 per month.
