Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Supervisor for Payroll Operations at Larsen & Toubro. The successful candidate will have 0 – 5 years of experience and will be responsible for managing domestic payroll processing, statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, and Income Tax.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, knowledge of financial accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with HR, Accounts, and IT teams are essential.
