Job Description

We are hiring an Engagement Specialist to cultivate community relationships, design and execute engagement campaigns across channels, and analyze performance to improve member retention. You will manage CRM segmentation, create content with cross-functional teams, respond to member inquiries, and report on KPIs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in community or customer engagement, strong written and verbal communication, experience with social platforms and analytics tools, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
