Job Description
We are looking for L0, L1, and L2 level individuals to provide offshore support from India.
Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish is required, especially for L0 roles. You will support approximately 800 employees, with a ticket volume of 450 expected to rise to 100.
Working hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM CET, Monday to Friday, with in-person presence needed.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary.
