Job Description
Join Laiba Technologies as a US IT Recruiter! You will manage the recruitment life cycle for US clients, collaborating with teams to develop global hiring strategies. Source candidates through niche IT platforms and conduct interviews efficiently.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of US IT recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree (technical preferred). This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary of ₹17,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month. Benefits include food, a Provident Fund, and a performance bonus. Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night shift.
