We are hiring a male Resident Counsellor to provide daily emotional support, conduct assessments, develop care plans, supervise residents, manage crises, liaise with families and external agencies, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements: degree in psychology, social work or related field; 2+ years residential experience; strong communication and conflict resolution skills; valid CPR/First Aid; willingness to work shifts; clear background check.
