Job Description
We seek a Mainframe Support specialist responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining z/OS environments. Tasks include job scheduling, incident response, performance tuning, backups, and applying patches (SMPE). Work with JCL, TSO/ISPF, RACF, and middleware; coordinate with development and network teams. Candidate should have 2+ years mainframe support experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with automation and batch processing. On-call availability and attention to security best practices required. Certifications such as IBM Z or similar are a plus.
