Job Description
Key Purpose: The Service Advisor acts as the vital link between customers and KVR Automotive Pvt Ltd, understanding customer needs for vehicle repairs and ensuring clear communication with the workshop.
Duties:
- Greet customers.
- Create and review repair orders.
- Provide cost and time estimates.
- Update customers on service progress.
- Coordinate with workshop staff.
Qualifications: Diploma/B Tech in Automobile.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month.
