Position: Customer Support Associate
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site/Hybrid depending on company policy)
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
Salary Range: ₹22,00 – ₹35,00 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a female customer support executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and empathy.
- Document interactions and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution quality, and customer feedback scores.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage night shift timings (6 PM – 3 AM IST).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
