Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller to join Kreon Financial Services Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of pending loan payments and overdue accounts. You’ll negotiate repayment plans, assist with payment issues, and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience: 0 – 10 years
Languages Required: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,00 – ₹25,00 per month
