Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Associate to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring adherence to RBI regulations and assisting with regulatory filings.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.
- Conducting quarterly audits of vendor agreements.
- Handling disputes and managing litigation cases.
- Conducting legal due diligence.
- Offering legal guidance to various departments.
- Staying updated on NBFC regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time | Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00/month | Benefits: health and life insurance, paid time off.
Work Location: In person | Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
