Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Vetting & Background Check Executive responsible for conducting thorough pre-employment screenings, identity verification, criminal and employment history checks, and reference validations. You will analyze reports, maintain confidential records, liaise with agencies, and ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies. The role requires attention to detail, strong investigative and communication skills, proficiency with background screening tools and databases, and the ability to draft clear reports. Minimum 2 years experience in background checks, HR, or investigations preferred. Degree in HR, criminal justice, or related field is advantageous. Professionalism, integrity, and discretion are essential.
