Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dynamic RCU FRM Team Member to join our team. This role focuses on detecting and preventing fraud in Mobile Banking, Net Banking, and UPI transactions to reduce financial losses.
The successful candidate will use fraud monitoring tools, monitor real-time transactions, and conduct out-calling for transaction confirmations. Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a graduate degree, and proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel.
