Job Description

Responsibilities include:
- Activation and deactivation of 1400 FOS and 1200 employees nationwide.
- Documentation and training support for users across the country.
- Handling queries and managing complaints effectively.
- Monitoring system downtime and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Liaising with BSG to address any technical issues with the payment application.
