Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Back Office Executive in the AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL (TFE) division. You will be responsible for managing documentation post credit analysis for the region, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include timely authorization of customer transactions, managing customer complaints, and possessing proficiency in MS Office.
Job Requirements: Graduate with a minimum of 2 years work experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, customer service orientation, and strong people management abilities are essential.
