Job Title: Relationship Officer – 811 Digital Sales

As a Relationship Officer, you will focus on core corporates for Digital Banking. Responsibilities include cross-selling bank products, addressing investment and insurance needs, and enhancing customer value. You will maintain complete relationship records and track customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely responses.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, willingness to travel within the city, and a two-wheeler are essential. A graduate with 0-2 years of experience is preferred. Liability sales experience or KYC knowledge is a plus.
