Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Activation Officer to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements and train users on our Cash Management Platform. Responsibilities include interacting with existing CMS customers to assess their technical integration needs, supporting clients with service-related queries, and demonstrating our system.

You will monitor activation channels, collaborate with teams for timely service delivery, and prepare MIS reports for your portfolio.
