Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Treasury Operations Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and settling transactions in Bonds, Commercial Paper, and Certificates of Deposit.
- Managing the reporting, verification, and settlement of CD issuance trades and corporate actions.
- Preparing regulatory reports and management information systems related to borrowing, lending, and investments.
- Handling equity trades, including dividend tracking and accounting.
- Conducting timely reporting of various MIS to internal stakeholders and reconciling brokerage bills.
- Processing documentation for borrowing and lending trades, including IPO and secondary market operations.
