Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Sales Executive and take charge of managing relationships with aggregators at various levels. Your role will involve strategizing and driving online partnerships to achieve monthly targets, identifying new aggregators, and managing a Direct Sales Team. You will also conceptualize contests to motivate partners and plan annual engagement calendars aligned with business priorities.
We seek a graduate with 6 to 8 years of experience in web aggregator business, preferably in banking or insurance. Understanding of personal loans is advantageous. Candidates must be quick learners with excellent written and oral communication skills.
