Job Description
In this role, you will manage the sales and distribution of home loans from top developers in your region. Responsibilities include leading a direct sales team, ensuring timely lead updates, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
You will meet High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), explain home loan products, achieve login and disbursal thresholds, and generate revenue through cross-selling services. Coordination with internal teams like Credit, Legal, and Operations is essential.
Experience in Home Loan Sales – Developer Channel is a must.
