Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Officer to manage corporate relationships with our bank. Your primary responsibilities will include servicing corporate accounts, ensuring the smooth processing of salary requests, and facilitating customer engagement in digital platforms.
You will also conduct Parichay desks at corporate locations, manage customer complaints, and ensure all issues are resolved within the turnaround time (TAT). Adherence to service quality benchmarks is essential.
Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to multitask. A graduate with at least 1 year of experience in Corporate or Institutional Sales is preferred.
