Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is looking for a dedicated Service Officer to join our Branch Banking team. The ideal candidate will manage cash and non-cash transactions, address customer inquiries about cash, demand drafts, and cheque deposits, and ensure speedy and accurate transactional processes. We prioritize excellent customer service to foster loyalty.
Desired qualifications include a meticulous approach, strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and an eagerness to learn financial terminology. A graduate degree and 1-2 years of experience are preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Computer proficiency is essential.
