Job Description
We are seeking passionate individuals for the position of RM – Global Indian within our CEC (SKY Branch) at Kotak Mahindra. The roles are located in Thane and Hyderabad. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with affluent NR clients, generating business across various product lines, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key responsibilities include acquiring new affluent clients, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout all banking interactions. Strong communication skills and NRI product knowledge with NISM & IRDA certification are essential.
