Job Description
Join the team at Kotak Mahindra as a Risk Monitoring Analyst in our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) – Credit Monitoring Group. This position is crucial for tracking financial and project performance against predefined covenants, conducting thorough project performance analyses, and ensuring compliance with sanctions and RERA regulations.
Key responsibilities include on-site visits to assess project progress, identifying early warning signals for potential credit risks, and coordinating with business units and credit underwriting teams. A candidate with an MBA and 5 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
