Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist for our Fastag B2C division. The ideal candidate will define business matrices and collaborate with the Unit Head to develop specifications and business analysis requirements. You will own and enhance reporting and alerting requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
Your responsibilities include preparing and analyzing reports to communicate key insights, maintaining and reporting data related to Channels & Priority Services, and acting as a crucial link between Channels & Product to achieve business objectives. A proactive approach in identifying issues and enhancing monitoring processes is essential.
