Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated BCP Risk Support Services Operational Risk Analyst to embed Business Continuity Planning (BCP) within our organizational culture. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining, testing, and enhancing our BCP framework, ensuring tests are conducted on schedule, and implementing BCP across various departments. An MBA or CA is preferred. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member with excellent communication skills.
