Job Description
Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited (KMIL) is looking for a Regional Head for Corporate Structured Products in our Wholesale Banking division, based in Delhi. The role involves leading a team and providing tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Relationship Managers in the North region.
- Engage with various asset classes, including senior secured loans and High Yield debt.
- Client-facing roles throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Coordinate with credit teams for approvals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for successful closures.
Requirements: MBA from Tier 1 Institutes or CA with 10-12 years of experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
