Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Member for our RPC Operations unit. The ideal candidate will possess thorough KYC knowledge and be adept in MIS reporting. Key responsibilities include the account opening processes for CASA, Escrow, OD, and Sole Proprietor, as well as account maintenance and quality check procedures. A background in Finacle, BCIF, and NCIF is preferred. The role requires good teamwork skills and the ability to lead as necessary. Previous experience in process audits will be an advantage.
