Job Description
We are seeking a motivated PDU Executive to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. The primary responsibilities include visiting properties mortgaged with KMBL for both commercial and consumer banking. You will be accountable for completing the APF process, which involves conducting site visits, attending builder meetings, and verifying original documents.
Your role will also include preparing valuation and APF reports, vetting external reports, and ensuring compliance with bank policies. You will interact with external vendors for case initiation and coordinate billing processes. A background in civil engineering is preferred, and familiarity with the local area is essential.
