Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Digital Banking Sales Officer. This role involves building strong relationships with corporates to drive digital sales. You will be responsible for communicating new banking products, managing clients’ investment and insurance needs, and enhancing customer value.
Key responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive records for customer accounts and tracking customer inquiries for satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to travel within city limits. A two-wheeler and an Android phone are required. Experience in liability sales or KYC knowledge is an advantage. A graduate with 0-2 years of experience is preferred.
